The offensive line wasn’t great… but it was much better than the “Mike Devlin o-line”, imo.

    interesting.

Realistically, the Texans will be very young next year and it's not reasonable to expect them to make the playoffs. The Bengals have an absolutely electric set of skill position players on offense (Chase, Mixon, Higgins, Boyd, Uzoma) to complement Burrow. The Texans are not starting from this strong position on offense. Cooks is a useful piece, but that's about it. Hopefully Nico Collins develops into something.

We need playmakers on offense who can catch the ball -- whether that's a WR, TE or RB. The teams that made deep runs in the playoffs this year all had bigtime pass-catching playmakers. Deebo, Kittle, Kupp, Diggs, Chase, Mixon, Hill, Kelce... We need that guy -- and I'm not sure one is available in the 2022 NFL draft unfortunately.

If anything, the OL overachieved. This one might hurt.

Jameson Williams/Garret Wilson is that guy in this draft. I also think Pickens/Ross/Metchie could be special players that may be available in the 2nd/3rd rd range.

If the Texans would have let the inmates run the prison, Houston would be where Cincinnati is today. Cause the wardens don't know wtf they're doing.
