Green and Wood are a bad pairing, they just make each other worse. Green at the 3 point and the defenders just sags off him to weak side help on fumbling Wood who is a terrible post/paint player, then green drives the defender is already in the lane ready to block because neither of them can pass and Wood would just fumble the dump off anyways.

these 2 together make it too easy for the defense. No pressure is being applied with them on the court at the same time. Trade deadline can’t come soon enough.

 

Everybody was bad in the 3rd. Jalen and everybody else played great in the 1st half.

first half Rockets is what ill focus on.

 

Seeing Ingram should really give the Green Doubters some hope and faith. Dude hands worst numbers than Green but continues to develop. As long as Green keeps working on his game like Ingram did it’s all good. Only difference is Ingram is a homebody and gym rat. Dude never went out like that in La. He didn’t care for the limelight and glitter. Just a quiet humble dude

 

Wood is really bad at sealing guys in the post, yet demands the ball there. Guards don't want to make an entry pass because the chance of TO is high.

Green really needs to his 3's, there's no other ways around it. It opens everything up

 

Interesting to note in passing that KPJ had the only positive +/- for the Rox in the game, at +3... huh.

 

They should change the term "turnovers" to "opposition assists" because of the Rockets.

 

he’s one of our players that has actually shown progress this season. He’s been a lot more efficient over the last month. If he keeps improving through the end of the year he’s gonna win me over.

So Green will sorta suck all his years as a Rocket, occassionally showing flashes, only for him to be traded away after lack of development, where he will flourish with his new mediocre team and hope to be around 9-10 seed in order to compete for a chance to get blown out in the first round of the playoff.

If Wood is still here after the deadline I think I might just stop watching the team until Summer League.

 

So is Mobley's situation "perfect" because he's surrounded by vets or is Green's situation "perfect" because he's not?

And why are Jaygup and Sengun so much further along when they are surrounded by SAME cast of characters that Green is?

And Green actually gets ALL the minutes that neither Sengun, Jaygup and especially Garuba do not benefit from?

Yet Sengun and Jaygup are figuring it out and actually contribute to winning.

one shot at the end of the game is not stat padding.. only a Jalen green hater would think I was serious. come on, man.

if you think one shot at the end of the game is a stat pad when we all knew this game was going to go t*** up in the 3rd qtr after the Rockets played great in the 1st half like they always do. okay i guess.

My hate is not towards Jalen Green, its towards his fans who point at everyone and everything else when he performs poorly.

JGOF are just as toxic as Lin only fans, they are completely off the rails blind and irritating AF.
