I agree Gary would've helped Vince transition to the nfl better than Fisher but Vince was a head case and was very immature, who's to say what would've been different
Lovie I would think will have better game management. I do think it’s a step up from Culley and considering McCown or Lovie, I would go Lovie but Pep deserves it as well and I would think is a smarter choice considering we need more dynamic processing in the offense whereas the defense looked further along
Byron Leftwich had some concerns with the jags and requested some assurances be made, the jag balked so he backed out of the candidacy and they went with Penderson who by the way is a better choice
I would be down with this but gotta watch those Central American hombres …they can be sensitive and act with emotion ( I’m half Central American so I know all about it )
Lovie Smith is another bridge coach who will let Nick Caserio choose his staff and be on the headset during the game. This only seems like a good hire compared to Josh McCown and David Culley.
They would have to trade a draft pick for him, he's still under contract with new Orleans for another three years
Which opens the door to McCown as QB coach. Which isn't a bad move. Except when McCown jumps Pep in 3 years or so.... Pep's time here is tied to Lovie's time here. Any word if we'll get draft picks like Miami did?
