    Seriously. The head coach is maybe the 3rd most important person in the building behind the QB and Caserio. The coordinators will probably call the plays and the QB coach will help develop with Mills or the future QB. It’s going to be okay…

    I love his personality, he's a snarky smart ass. He's a football lifer. He's gotten his team to the superbowl with a less than stellar qb so he'll be open to letting the offensive side of the ball operate independently, which probably means Pep will be oc which is great for Davis. And even when his defense isn't blowing the doors down they can still create takeaways.

    I was skeptical last year about the Tampa 2 being outdated. They weren’t great but it was a huge improvement.
    I like Lovie personality so I’m down with this.
    And if so, I wouldn’t be opposed to hiring McCown in some fashion
