This would assume a random sample - that is, people are just getting randomly tested and it's equally likely non-tested people are infected. But in reality, people getting tested are doing so for a reason - symptoms, likely exposure, etc. So you have a biased sample that should be much more infected than the rest of the population. This is even more true when testing goes up, because it means basically virtually anyone who has reason to think they have Covid are getting tested (like we saw in late Dec / early Jan in the US). In the example above, it would mean 2.3 million people got tested in Israel over the course of that week.
Not questioning that orders must be followed, merely the merits of the order itself, and the consequence of losing personnel

What's odd with the out of context shots is that there are more than enough cases where politicians aren't masked where they should be (Newsom). These twits either post on volume or double down on ignorance cuz details hard and confusing.
Even odder, many of the folks pointing fingers would like nothing better than to end masking entirely.
