    Texans go ahead and hire Flores
    Clearly the Texans then aren't racist
    Flores openly spills the beans on who Ross was trying to get him to tamper with
    Texans now have evidence to use, to get draft picks from Miami

    interviewing someone after you've already made a hiring decision doesn't imply squat. You can still glean useful information from the interview.

    It means that it was a sham interview and exposes the NFL's discriminatory hiring practices. There will be lots of questionable leaks that come out of this lawsuit and the NFL/its owners will not be happy about it.
