What redundancy? We lost Harden barely over a year ago so I'm not exactly sure what player(s) you think are untouchable? In the end, it's going to be a multi year process with a roster turnover. You have to let go of competing for the foreseeable future.
His shot is just fundamentally bad / broken. He starts the shot with the ball waist high and then bends his knees .... taking it even lower and has both hands off to the side of the ball. It just makes me ill watching him shoot. Catch the ball and get it up high, dominant hand under the ball, passive hand alongside.

I don't mind the shot so much, I mean it looks better than T-Mac's and Marion.... It just doesn't go in as much.... Or at all sometimes. Green can still live up to expectations and potential thou. Some players have a good shot and defense and will never be more than role players because they lack the athleticism and pure talent. I say he ends the season on a very high note when The Rockets lose Wood and Gordon.....

Jalen Green just needs to improve his passing, shooting, playmaking, dribbling, finishing, defense, and get stronger, and he will be a very solid NBA player I am certain.
I’m not ready to call him a bust… but I am ready to assume he’ll be a bust and if he proves me wrong so be it. same for KPJ. Sengun is also inching towards wtf territory which… btw is why I think the coaching staff is horrible. Green is 12/60 in the last 5 games for 20% FG. Young fella we believed in you because you are supposed to be a gym rat, hard worker, with a great attitude and work ethic. Time will tell. Needs to get his head straight after the all star break. You can tell he has hit a wall.
Green is getting so many minutes to develop into a fine pos. Play Sengun or develop Christopher and make Green come off bench. FFS this kids bad.

No need to call him a bust yet but he clearly is not as good as advertised. He has zero offensive game beyond "try to be faster".
