    If O'connell is really wanted by the uppity ups here, then they better make a move fast. Jaguars or any sane team can offer something all coaches seek, like bringing in their own d coordinator and not having non coaches on the headset or sidelines.

    It will be McCown because any legitimate candidate would want a level of control that Caserio and Easterby will not allow. Caserio will have total control and final say over all aspects including game day. Easterby will have free reign to interfere in whatever he wants including personnel. No legitimate HC would accept all of that. Caserio and Easterby aren't looking for a leader - they want a third wheel.

    Just realized he was high school teammates with Brian Hoyer, most likely. Hoyer being three years younger, so I'm not totally sure.

    Hoyer has a Houston/New England connection.

    Minny in play for Deshaun? Minny is a little chillier than Miami but I just can't see Harbaugh running what he likes with Cousins. Vikings currently have the 12th pick.
