I am nearly 100% sure that @D-rock could replace Silas and The Rockets would improve...

 

To me this is like a Cecil Cooper type thing, (Silas) is here cause of his dad. But only thing is he probably not the best of coaches. Time to move on if you ask me, might as well find a replacement over the summer.

Three people Id much prefer.

 

I think it is time to move on this summer if they get a top draft pick, 3 years of the same thing with no signs of improvement will do some permanent harm to the locker room. I have not seen any incremental improvement. I think this roster is better than they appear, I would like to see what a good coach can do with some of these guys before we start trading 4 quarters for a dollar, a good coach would improve the value of a lot of our guys and we could potentially trade for a young disgruntled star to pair with a couple of our own home grown stars.
