I love visiting, but NY would be annoying to live in full-time…I enjoy my house and big backyard, and I will deal with Houston traffic over taking eons to drive 5 blocks plus the horrendous parking situation I know a few people that have moved to Jersey for the house, backyard, and pool and commute to NYC, but that seems like too much of a hassle to me I also don’t like cold weather even things like owning dogs just seems like a much bigger hassle in NY
I'm a Houston Rockets fan, and I want my team to win, and the others to lose. Do you not understand how being a fan works?
That's not how fandom actually works because but hey if the Nets going down to the 6th seed in January makes you feel some kind of way more power to you.
This. Do you want our pick that Brooklyn owes us in July to be a late first rounder or hopefully a mid-late first rounder? As a Rockets fan I know which one I want. If you were a Nets fan via being a Harden only fan I can see how one could be conflicted.
Actually, that’s exactly how it works. Every Nets loss improves our (Rockets) chance at a higher pick.
More Nets losses = Higher Rockets draft pick. This isn't that difficult to understand, not sure why you are struggling with it?
So you think a 2 game losing streak that puts them in the 6thbseed in January will have a bearing on how they finish the season? When they are missing 2 off their best players?
Even if the nets pick somehow becomes a lottery pick, this upcoming draft is asscheeks. paolo is being compared to Julius randle and Chet is being compared to kristaps porzingis lol
What I am struggling with is that you think losing a couple of games in January without 2 of their best players will have any bearing on how they actually finish. But hey you do you.
The more losses they have whether it’s now or later = better for us. I don’t know why that’s so hard to understand.
It’s not going to be a lottery pick since it’s protected. It’s not a matter of who is or isn’t in the draft. Everyone knows or should know a 20-25 pick is more valuable than say 26-30. Stay on topic and try to keep up.
Youre an idiot. Did james play with all of them at the same time? Did the bucks have to beat a loaded warriors team? The answer is no so its not even relevant. They had an easy path to a title. James NEVER had that.
thats why i said even IF it was a lottery pick... this draft is asscheeks. we should focus on developing the current rockets team, no first round pick next year is gonna leapfrog this team in to the playoffs next year
You don’t know that. Point is a 20-25th pick is more valuable than a 26-30th pick. We aren’t just in a developmental stage we are in an accumulation phase. We need to get every little ounce of juice from that trade. Even if we don’t keep the pick it’s much more attractive to move a higher pick as opposed to lower. Again, I know it’s conflicting for a Harden fanboi to understand.
