Does Clay Travis live in Australia? *Google's it*. No he does not. So I don't care how absurd he thinks it is. If I were an Australian I would be outraged over any relaxation in rules considering the lockdowns that country has put up with.
If Djokovic wasn't a famous tennis player he wouldn't have been allowed into the country and that would have been the end of it. Everything that came after the initial denied VISA was just rich man legalese back and forth.
the thirst from some for forced medical procedures is disturbing does anyone think an unvaccinated Djokovic poses a threat to anyone in Australia? The judge didn't even make that argument, he just said Novak would be a bad influence on the people/sheep in that country.
My thought is that I appreciate the consistency in law, even if took a lot of nonsense to get there. However, do I think he's a risk. No. He already had the virus. Everyone on the grounds will have been vaccinated. So I think it's a lot of over reaction when we look back on it. Yes. there's a very slight possibility that this could be an outbreak mistake, but it's very unlikely at this stage that he would be sole cause of the country disintegrating into chaos. More than likely, the contagion is already afoot if it is going to happen.
Given his reckless behavior in superspreader events, yes, I do think Djokovic is a threat to public health.
Thousands still flooding hospitals, people still dying, "Why are all of you so adamant about supporting vaccines". Frankly I'm about done with vaccines myself, the 3rd one will be my last. However if my chosen profession demanded it to protect their workplace, then so be it. I really wish the world wasn't littered with selfish pieces of s**t like Djokovic and we could have gotten this under control without mandatory vaccines, but alas that's not the case. This d**k thinks he is above the rules for common people, so yeah, no sympathy.
He is quite possibly the GOAT tennis player, but his reputation is in the gutter for the moment, and could possibly stay there unless he rehabs it and wins many more slams.
muhammad ali once had a reputation in the gutter, now he is one of the more revered athletes of the last 50 years
Yeah, she fine.... I like her even more for this https://www.tennis.com/news/article...-out-novak-djokovic-for-serious-contradiction
Nadal wants the throne. I would never had predicted Nadal taking the throne when he first started winning all those frenchies. Dude just kept racking up titles. And here he is.
