John Collins is another Christian Wood. How do y’all keep getting fooled by these types of players?

Can't tell us what he doesn't know.

That was one the most vapid interviews I've ever read.

I'm just glad we were spared the actual audio with all the uh's, pregnant pauses, eye pops, pulling on collar, looking away when he should be making eye contact, etc.

What a huge step down from Morey.

John Collins went undrafted because of severe character issues?

I think Collins just doesn't like playing on the crowded Hawks.

Stone is an attorney that cannot speak publicly for shyte.

There is a reason he hides as much as he does.

Yes, but I honestly don’t care about the media-savvy of our GM. Presti is terrible with media, too.

But he’ll like playing for the sorry Rockets? He’s just another guy that will put up ok numbers and hardly make any difference in the win-loss column.

Let me know when Stone drafts 3 MVP players in three straight drafts.

not gonna lie, his public speaking is pretty bad

if I’m in a professional setting and someone is saying “uh” and “um” every 5 seconds stuttering and stammering like Stone, I’d be like

No it's definitely not a REQUIREMENT to be a good GM.

Stone could end up being great in time but it's impossible to say that is likely at this point.

They mishandled the Harden trade by letting him dictate time lines.

They mishandled the deadline by lying about what was on the table for Oladipo and getting dunked on by Riley at the buzzer.

They mishandled free agency by promising Theis a contract before they knew who would be drafted.

They mishandled the draft by not even getting a work out for Evan Mobley. They had the second pick and only brought in 1 of the top 3 guys.

I don't like how much he is cheerleaded on Twitter as some genius.

Maybe, maybe not. Certainly a larger role to be had on the Rockets than the Hawks.

He's 24 on a relatively friendly 5 year contract. It's certainly an option.

People hated that Murray had a personality and opinions, and now they dislike that Stone is a robot. Can't please CF.

he’s a 3rd option type player at best just like Christian Wood…a larger role here isn’t a good thing

if he’d be more happy in Houston playing for a bottom feeder because there’d be more shots and he can put up better stats, then we see where his priorities lie

He was probably nervous and fidgety throughout that interview and wanted to be somewhere else. It's not his forte.

I just wish someone could ask him if Green was his first choice or Tilman's and he was just aligned with that decision.
