I wish it was only Sengun that he sucked on. The guy can't coach worth a lick and if Sengun wasn't on the team there would still be plenty to criticize and fire him for.

The post game is mostly dead in the league, you have to design your entire offense around it, and I think that more than anything is hampering Sengun, they don't want him to post up......all the time. DD
I think we need to move on from Silas ASAP. They are by far the worst defensive team in the NBA, and most of that comes from coaching and systems. Silas does not really have a system at all, and that will instill bad habits in the young guys. You can maybe get away with 1-2 seasons of this influence, but if you keep this up your players will be doomed permanently.
Tonight was plain as day embarrassing on the coaching end. Pop taking time out the second he feels like his team is late getting back in transition and then grilling his team till they get it. Silas on the other hand is content to let his team play sloppy and late to D up in transition like it’s their freaking job. It was gross to watch. One team very disciplined and the other, absolutely no discipline.
Silas has been a train wreck as head coach. No excuses at this point. Wake me up when a real coach gets in here then we can get some real direction and see what we really have with this team.

he justs needs more talent, his system is really good, but players lack discipline and work ethics to execute....
Silas as a coach reminds me of Biden as a President. Both suck at historic levels and things continue to spiral downwards. Only difference is one of them can thankfully be relieved of their duties now.
