    Oh okay.

Is that how we play this?

switch Jimmy G and Watson and the former would’ve saved us that game.

obviously, QB’s matter first and foremost in the game of NFL.

What I'm saying is Jimmy G has made it to a SB and a NFCCG in the last 3 yrs. He may not have played well, but he's come up big in big spots for his team. Watson can only hope to accomplish what Jimmy G's accomplished already in his career.

We know what your point is, we are still saying that it's stupid. Replace Watson with every qb that has not made it to the SB or NFCCG in the last 3 years in your statement and it's still true.

Hard to say that anymore of running the ball.

Over the last 15 years the average rushing offense of the SB winner has been ranked 15th.

Edit: lol for funsies I looked it up and the losing team over the same time period has been ranked 12th.

You don't know this and what does this have to do with Watson?

People need to get with the fact that Watson will never play another down for the Texans and possibly not play another down in the NFL if it's true that he shipped minors across state lines and had sex with them.

He really is a dispicable person

Not a chance in hell I want Jimmy G at his current price tag or what he will get after this contract.

If you’re watching the games and being honest with what you see, he’s not that great. Big mistakes at crucial moments of the game. He’s fine(kind of) for what they are asking of him and how SF is set up. Doesn’t mean I think he’d be good for the Texans. I don’t think he’s a guy you can ride to win you games.

Roll with what you got and draft another young guy when the opportunity presents itself.

    Agreed about costing to much.

Mistakes at crucial moments? Like driving your team 90 yds in 70seconds to put your team in the playoffs? Or driving your team to a GW FG in zero degree weather on Lambeau field against the #1 seeded Packers to help put your team in the NFCCG?

He looked solid there. His body of work including the Dallas game was not good. He tried to give Dallas that game. I get it, you like him. I have zero issue with you liking him. I just don’t like him and don’t want him on the Texans.

Maybe more like the Rex Grossman of Jake Delhommes but no need to split hairs here.

Nah, he's more like the Brad Johnson of Alex Smiths.

You are still on this? You love Jimmy G more than his own GM and HC. You ever wonder why he needs to come up in big spots? Maybe it's because he puts his team in bad spots or they keep the game close enough while he gets his act together.

I just don't understand how a fan can hate a player on their favorite team from the day he was drafted and criticize/nitpick him for years while head over heels for another player on another team while totally ignoring all of the other player's faults. Just weird.

Didn't like the Watson pick from the beginning and I've been proven to be correct. Cant win with a selfish person on the field or off the field.

I believe if RS had drafted Jimmy G the Texans org would be where the 49ers are.

    Selfish vs team player

    1 NFCCG/1SB vs 1 wildcard win.
