Definitely would have to consider it if that's all it took to get Zion.

Yep. It’s a definite risk. My original intent was to point out that I don’t think the Rockets are really trying to make a move for a franchise player this year and its just propaganda, but if they are serious then Zion is the only logical choice of those that are available. I was then asked what trade I would make for Zion. The trade I put forward I would do right now, but I doubt the Pelicans would take it.

I wouldn't at this point. Green has a lot of potential. Truth be told, I like all of our rookies. Even Garuba and Nix. They all will be on another level in a year or 2. One or two of them will become franchise types.

Lol, only to be let out on gamedays. Gotta watch him though. He'll sneak out right after the game and go on a food binge all over the city like some crazed cartoon tasmanian devil.

Trash, shooting 40% from the field, 32% from 3, AST/TO ratio of 1.4 for the 11 win Pistons at 32 mpg!? Livingston faints...

Hmmm, what about Suggs aka “the best player in this draft?” Oops

Mobley was clearly best player in past draft.

Cade and Barnes fighting for #2 spot.

With Sengun and whole bunch of other players tight on their heels.

It’s highly unlikely that the Pels are ready to pull the trigger on a Zion deal. The only franchise-type young star player I’ve heard that’s legitimately available are John Collins (24) and Sabonis (25)

I would say neither of them have that 'franchise cornerstone' talent level or potential. As in, I don't see either of them ever being the best player on a championship team.

No to Zion if he's available.

I know they are called the "Pelicans" now, but funny that the same franchise drafted Larry Johnson and Zion, as #1 picks. So similar.

So it’s too early to talk about how well the rookies have looked? Lol, move along

You have to wait at least 15 years in order to talk about how this year's rookie class has looked thus far this season. You know, some of them are only 19 I hear.

But the advantage would be he wouldn't leave anything for KPJ to throw. :D

I would trade Eric Gordon and Christian Wood for Ben Simmons to play him at center. Then I would trade Sengun, Nwaba, and any 3 picks New Orleans wants for Zion.

    PG: Porter, Jr. / Nix
SG: Green / Christopher / Brooks
    SF: Mathews / Martin, Jr.
    PF: Williamson / Tate
    C: Simmons / Garuba / Theis
