Get on the bandwagon now while there are still seats.

19 years old, 6’4, 226 pound, pure point guard that is improving as a scorer. Consensus top 20 player in his class coming out of high school. Struggled in the G-Leauge last year causing him to go un-drafted, but he’s rapidly improving and at times dominating the same competition that he looked overmatched against just last year. Even looked decent in limited minutes against NBA guys when he was called up.

This has been the guy I have wanted at backup PG all year.

5 star coming out of high school, skipped college to play on same ignite team as Green......

He is Kyle Lowry size in body type but at 6'4" is taller....a very big PG......IMHO, is much more of a polished point than KPJ atm.....

Really would like to see him at least taking Augustine's minutes.

His jumpshot was suspect and that’s what was holding him back. Probably conditioning too to be honest. Similar to guys like Lowry and Harden, he’s always going to be a little on the thick side, but he needs to be disciplined enough to maintain a weight that doesn’t hinder his performance. Looks like he is there now.

Have seen some flashes in NBA games but nothing great. I have no idea if he's good on defense or if he is projected to be a good defensive player, but I hope that's a direction he can grow.

Queen and Nix are great 2 way contracts.

Vipers always seem to do well even with carousel of HC.

    The system is proven.

Nix improved offense has been pleasant surprise but it has always been his defense and physicality that has impressed me most.

You can see the BBall IQ on him, he knows the game, much more than any of our rookies other than Sengun.

    Agreed!

Being a hype train thread, I’m going to claim it.

Nix and Josh Christopher are both big, strong, and switchable. Jaygup a little more athletic explosively and Nix with a little more of that tree trunk strength we got accustomed to seeing from PJ and Beard. They both can play on or off the ball. KPJ (current version) and Green are very athletic, but not as strong although KPJ has shown improved ability to switch and be a pesky on ball defender. JG is still growing into his body, but has shown some good on ball defense recently.

This could be a solid 4 guard rotation of the future. Very optimistic projection and best case scenario for sure, but I can see it. I think all of them can complement each other in different ways and each bring something unique to the table offensively and defensively.

    Queen needs love too!

Will be nice wing for Houston.

Another multi-tool player find for Rockets but without the delusions (e.g. House).

Yep, I’d really like to see him get some decent PG minutes with the Rockets. He’s an actual point guard, not a converted combo guard, and we could really use one of those at times!

Would be sweet addition to HOUnds 2nd unit.

But need to trade Agustin first.

He still looks like he drop another 15lbs. The kid should invest in a personal trainer, it could change his life. He has talent

You mean he didn’t have to earn it like Jalen :) I agree no reason to play Augustine the rest of the year, but it looks like Jaygup is getting those minutes. Another reason to off-load Gordan.
