    I like that, "Schrodinger's Deep State"

    That could apply to a lot of things. The Deep State is so effective as to create a false worldwide pandemic so government can control people and take away their liberties while getting people take a vaccine with nanoscale tracking chips. It is so weak and ineffectually it can't get masks and home test kits out in a timely manner.
