Things like this are so concerning for me. We continue to hear things like this from people on the outside and inside. How can we have faith that this front office is going to be able to truly work with coaches or anyone else for that matter. This screams power plays all over the place.

LOL. Does anyone hear this kind of stuff from players when they leave other organizations? Players leave teams all the time - you rarely hear them comment about how terrible they were. That twitter account reads like a Easterby account (coincidentally created in January 2021) where everyone is bad except the Texans. He seems quite obsessed with Watson, in particular.
Read the tweet again! It doesn't say that Flores believes he may have his choice of the best jobs, it says he "MAY BELIEVE" he will have the choice of the best jobs! Heck he MAY believe that the sky is green, the grass is blue and that pink elephants with yellow polka dots live inside his closet at home! What I’m wondering is why was that question even asked? With and upcoming massive playoff game I would guess the last question would come up is about the Texans. Some of this stuff is also narrative based, most know the Texans are dysfunctional so why does it need to continue be topic of conversation from the media from other franchises?

It's a bad organization that is TELLING us they are on the right track. We have no idea. Caserio did a good job on the draft. He hired a coach and fired him in a year. That looks bad even though it's good that Culley is gone. There is nothing indicating that the organization is in good hands with Cal.
It is simply amazing that one can come up with this reasoning after everything we have heard and seen with our own eyes.
If you ask the Texans about any of the former players I’m 99% sure that they will take the high road and not drag any players thru the mud.
Agreed and 99% of players asked about their former teams would probably do the same. So the fact that a number of players have spoken so candidly about their experience with the Texans should speak volumes IMO.
The Bears give their coaches a lot of leeway usually.... they have just hired some really bad coaches over the years.
