AP FACT CHECK: Manchin, Sinema do not vote with GOP more - ABC News

Both Manchin and Sinema have voted 100% with the Biden agenda since he has taken office. They have signaled that they oppose getting rid of the filibuster. They have signaled that they don't support enormous spending bills. What they have not done is vote with the Republicans a single time. Having a Republican replace either Manchin or Sinema means not only that there is probably another reliable vote against whatever Democrats want to do, but that the Senate Majority Leader becomes Mitch McConnel (or perhaps another member of the GOP) and the legislation that is even brought up for a vote changes radically. I'd love it if Manchin and Sinema were replaced with Libertarian senators (not going to happen), but getting a divided government would certainly be preferable to Dem control. I don't see why anyone that supports a Dem agenda would want them replaced with Republicans though.

Sinema and Manichin will go down next to Strom Thurmond.

It's just insane to me that they both think they're better off. I mean Manichin is just, in the endnot very bright and kind of a jerk, so, whatever, but Sinema, lol she thinks this is *good* for her political future! how delusional do you have to be!

Also, **** the GOP and **** the Senate and our crumbling system. The fact that you have to get 60 votes to prevent black people from being deprived the franchise by bad actors is a sugn of structural failure

I think Howard Schultz had a more successful presidential campaign launch.
