Haha. I don’t know how I missed that one. And as much of an a$$ as Wood has been to his teammates, I totally appreciate this. Wood is done giving F$cks.

But yeah… dude needs to go.

After last night, can Wood even get you Bagley?

If Wood can’t get Bagley and unprotected Sac pick or a like package you just keep him and trade him in the off-season or next year at trade deadline for a second or whatever. You could have him come off the bench if we get a big in the draft.

Bagley didn't look like a bust playing against Wood.

According to 82games.com, when Christian Wood:

Plays as the PF, his PER is 12.4 while his counterpart has a PER of 20.2

Plays as the C, his PER is 26.3 while his counterpart has a PER of 19.4

I think we should go all in and blow Sac away with an offer for Halliburton. Give them Wood, give them picks, give them whatever they want. He’s as good a prospect as any on our roster and we need a real point guard. Oh and he can actually shoot ;)

That PER with him at Center is with Tate or the guards defending that opposing center cause he wont ....Imagine if he put in some work on the defensive end.

He's as soft as Wood, don't like him.

I like Haliburton. He is what the Rockets hoped about KPJ without the baggage. Get him before Morey fleeces the Kings AGAIN with a Simmons deal!

Start Al P at C and move Wood to PF.

    PG - Scoot
    SG - Green
    SF - Tate
    C - Sengun
    PF - Wood

This is the team that would fit together gives us enough height and rebounding and an advantage at SF in effort.

Didn't say I liked him. Just commented about last night's game. TBH, Wood is the better player. I think if we trade Wood for him, we should get some more assets back. I wouldn't mind doing that and let Bagley come off the bench.

No spacing. Sengun and Tate are not shooters. KPJ hasn’t shot above 36% I think ever. And green has been terrible from beyond the arc this year.

He’s actually been a much better at defense this year and engaged on that end. He’s put some clamps on lebron this year every time he’s matched up with him. Might have a redemption arc in him in the future.

What makes people think Haliburton is available for whatever we have to offer, because he would be an incredible get ala the original Harden trade from okc.

I check daily with the hope that today’s the day. I wonder what his return will be. Will trading him set us up for for a “cornerstone” or just another churn as we look for the future.

I was trying to think of why the Kings would deal with us and who they'd want. Because they're the Kings? We aren't particularly impressing them right now.

Don't underestimate Sac's stupidity. That's why I said we should rob them before Morey did.

Wood + FRP for Haliburton would be fair. They don't have a stretch 5. Wood would fit. And they could start Hield in place of Haliburton. Not saying that it would make them a better team. But hey they are the Kings.
