good efficiency?! for gods sake his PER is 10... thats a really bad efficiency

i appreciate your belief and support for the kid... i personally just dont see it..... didnt even watched his g league highlights, save for a half a minute, before the draft and saw the hype was unwarranted...like i saw 1000 times before the things he was doing in the highlights

watching him as a rocket, with exception of the summer league where he was good, he was really really really unimaginably bad... like i never saw someone that bad playing in nba full minutes...he was terrible at everything..... just not a good bb player...not belonging on that court save for occasionally hitting a 3 or 2....it seemed he wasnt even trying to do much else....his overall game was disappointing

didnt really watched games after his post injury comback people say he improved OK
    BUT

i dont really see why hes any different than john wall, kemba walker, andrw wiggins etc overhyped hyper athletic guards that always end up harming their franchises

if you really like his game and see potential good for you! its your gain... personally i am tired of hyperathletic players with 'potential' and prefer people who know how to hoop....high iq guys with the feel for the game and that kind of stuff

anyway you didnt answered original question did minny got any value for trading away wiggins? and i dont mean it in a depreciating way just interested....

this is why comparison may be so suitable... i see this guy hurting our franchise and perhaps becoming good when he gets to another team...it also reminds us of another problem ....coaching
of course wiggins is good hes playing for kerr... and kerr is a very good coach...hes master of making his role players playing great....

if silas had wiggins here hed be looking worse than jalen green in his first 15 games

I think Jalen Green will be able to compete enough to eventually not have to be hidden on defense. He just needs to be consistently mediocre as most star offensive guards are.

But I can’t imagine watching his capabilities on offense and not being excited. I don’t think some of you are watching these games at all.

    Did you actually use per?o_O

No I'm referring to actual scoring efficiency (efg% and ts%) which Jalen Green is significantly ahead of Wiggins at during their respective rookie campaigns with one of them being a full campaign and the other only being less than half of one where they struggled a lot for the first month of their NBA career which is completely understandable.

Thanks for making it clear that it isn't trolling but just a lack of basketball knowledge.

Your original question has zero relance to Jalen Green, the Rockets or the GARM so it doesn't deserve an answer.

You use PER... a highly outdated model to evaluate player performance which heavily weighs rebounding and therefore benefits big men.

There is absolutely NOTHING scientific about your analysis of this team or Jalen Green and you bringing up PER epitomizes that.

Two? Since Green was drafted I think I'm at 8-10.

    I was previously at 0.

He is very quick in person, but needs to learn to fake and change speeds and directions.

I was really hoping his shooting was actually becoming more consistent, but it looks like we are back to that same boom and bust. He's 7/33 from 3 over the past 6 games including the 0-6 so far tonight. Obviously, he's young and inconsistency is expected but he's got a lot to work on and consistent shooting has never been a strong part of his game at any level.

He's definitely streaky. But I think his shot has looked better since coming back

bobby has had his "posting style" since I can remember. To be honest I would be extremely interested if a trained psychologist read a few thousand of his posts/conversations on this site and read an essay about what the person thought.

At least a few hundred times I have seen him insult a poster, typically revolving around their lack of intelligence. What a way to spend one's free time lol
