I think it might have been decided by management and the coaches to evaluate him for half a year or a year? Whatever arbitrary timeframe they decided on to see if he will work or not. The answer i think is clear. He isn’t it. I really don’t even think he’s good enough to play as a sixth man.

 

Hell even DWade wasn't that big for a SG, but that crossover though? Our players either need to learn some moves to leave a defender in the dust, or we need actual picks on the perimeter. We just don't get to the rim anywhere near as much as we should for being an "athletic young team."

but why?... we just got him... it takes few year for players to be good, the same for coaches.. you need to learn to appreciate continuity more....

I seen them kids on the playgrounds so many times, just a casually chubby jersey wearing kid... You happy when you get to match up with him thinking "I'm bout to destroy this kid" then out of nowhere he starts sinking shots....

 

NBA should take back those top picks from Rockets.

They can’t tell the difference with scrubs anyway.

 

it would be a better strategy than him launching stepbacks for sure…I just rarely see him shake or blow by his defender…he’ll do a million dribble moves and still have gone nowhere

 

I think he’s good enough to experiment on that for another half a year at least tho

definitely erratic . But he’s a two-way threat too . The upside is high enough and he’s still young enough . Wood on the other hand I want to move by the start of next season al latest . By the trade deadline would be my preference , but maybe the team can’t get a good enough deal for him . I think it’s a gamble to see if his trade value goes up any more . Tho he could be a contract year player and a good expiring for a contender . Still ... you then are hampering other guys development

 

He isn't doing his job to develop these guys. Feel like we are holding them back. Other rookies have way more freedom to learn from their mistakes. And they play garbage mins to get more reps lol but the list goes on.

If only Tate could shoot which he can only get better each year. He is prob a little bit better with the 3 this year.

KPJ just be out there man, runnin around doing nothing. To think he was offended by being rated worse than rookies on 2K. The only offense should be that he wasnt rated lower. Dumb organization for forcing Kevin Westbrick on us.
