    We’re not really disagreeing on anything, just McDaniels V Flores. Personally I don’t want either, I agree with a offensive minded coach and would want either Eric B, Daboll, or the OC from the Packers as they have shown the ability to develop or enhance a QB’s play.

    That’s the point I made earlier. It will be awkward making the change now. But, if the team improves next year it will be even more awkward. I feel bad for Culley, but at least he’s getting paid well.

    Anytime a coach says “as far as I know I’m the head coach”, you know he will be gone soon.

    The Texans are in no hurry. Unless something incredible happens (10+ wins) they will fire Culley when their guy comes available.

    The tweet basically said Nicks press conference has been postponed until the have decided on Culleys future something to that extent

    McDaniels is much more decorated than the guys you've listed, plus he runs the offense. Unlike Eric B and Hackett, Daboll runs the Bills offense but McDaniels is the better bet. IMHO because he's worked with many different types of QB's.
