Simple question - who legitimately won the 2020 election? Saying "you haven't said Trump won", does not answer the question.

 

I have said that biden won multiple times. He is a legitimate but subpar president.

 

That wasn't the question. The question was do you believe Biden won fair and square? Seems you believe he didn't, and you instead believe trump was somehow cheated.

Its only a topic because you don't directly answer the question. And you still haven't. And that seems to offer insight into how you view the January 6 insurrection and how you might vote in 2024.

 

Making someone say that anything having to do with politics is "fair and square" is a tough ask. But maybe I am just an old curmudgeon. I am on record as not considering jan 6 an insurrection. And I will likely not vote for biden or harris in 2024.

 

Since you voted for trump in 2020 I guess I must have missed your curmudgeonly post questioning whether trump won fair and square. But never mind, I guess your support of trump also explains you believing he was cheated, that January 6 wasn't an insurrection (apparently, just a few rowdy trump supporters led by antifa on a Capital tour that got off course) and given a chance you will vote for trump again in 2024.

 

the inability to say whether or not you believe biden legitimately won the election is weird. if you believe it than just say it. whats so hard about that? it reminds me of those who say "lets go brandon". if you want to say "f*** joe biden" then say "f*** joe biden". if you truly believe that the election was fraudulent than just say so. whats so difficult about that? why be a coward about it? im pretty sure trump isnt on clutchfans so you know that its ok to say the truth here. he wont see it.

 

I think its a inability to own responsibility. Look how many people here said they didn't vote for trump after he won. They obviously opposed Clinton on 2016 and opposed Biden in 2020. But as soon as things went sour with trump... they claimed they were "independents" or "libertarians". Never mind those candidates had a tiny % of votes. Never mind they spent months leading up to the elections defending trump and supporting his positions. And never mind they have spent the last five years defending and supporting his positions since the election.

I voted for Clinton. I voted for Biden. I even voted for Beto when he ran for senate. I own those votes.

 

I voted for Trump in 2020. I own it. He was the better choice.

 

My question to you. Why the need for a game of 20 questions before you just answer straight like that?

We just have to understand that some people don’t care about trump and trumpers breaking from or completely destroying democratic norms or democratic institutions. It is quite simple to them. If the Dems win, the country is wrecked, so the ends justifies the means. Beat the Dems at any cost, even if it requires the Capitol insurrection, even if it means you have to threaten Mike pence. In truth, they don’t think there was anything wrong with Jan 6, because if you love your country, you wouldn’t let it be run by Democrats, and the only thing wrong was that it didn’t succeed. None of that matters because if the Dems control the government, democratic institutions aren’t worth a damn anyway.
