True. Yes It's less severe than the Delta variant But it's about the same severity as the original variant which was way worse than the flu.
Taking it to a new level. https://www.thedailybeast.com/anti-...rs-to-drink-their-own-urine-to-fight-covid-19 Anti-COVID-19 “Vaccine Police” leader Christopher Key has a new quarter-baked conspiracy theory for his anti-vax followers to use to cure themselves of COVID-19: Drink their own urine. “The antidote that we have seen now, and we have tons and tons of research, is urine therapy. OK, and I know to a lot of you this sounds crazy, but guys, God’s given us everything we need,” Key said in a video posted over the weekend on his Telegram account after being released from jail over a trespassing charge. “This has been around for centuries,” he added. “When I tell you this, please take it with a grain of salt,” the anti-vaccine advocate warned while saying people might now think he is “cray cray.” “Now drink urine!” he continued. “This vaccine is the worst bioweapon I have ever seen,” he concluded. “I drink my own urine!” Reached for comment by The Daily Beast on Sunday night, Key doubled down on what he calls “urine therapy” and railed against “foolish” people who took the COVID-19 vaccine, which is safe and effective.
Hospitalized anti-vaxxers should demand that the hospitals serve them up their beverage of choice; urine.
I think a better sheet would be showing total hospitalizations not just covid hospitalization. Almost everybody in the hospital gets tested for covid regardless of whether that's what they came in for or not, a significant (up to 50% IIRC) amount of covid hospitalizations have been accidental findings in the UK and SA (not sure if that's the same here). That and total ICU admission/ICU capacity.
I love AOC but this is self-ownage to the nth degree. What the hell was she thinking going to Florida?
No... its more like he just doesn't care about people becoming sick, hospitalized, or dying needlessly. Because... politics.
More positive news about Covid is starting to roll out. I expect in the next 30 days we will start seeing restrictions being reduced and a new narrative being painted. For those who don't get it, the 5 days quarantine is a massive back step from the original 14 days. 5-7 days after symptoms should have always been the standard. Im not one who is big on socializing medication, but basic testing for common diseases should be socialized. A trip to the pharmacy for a swab and get a QR code for the results.
