    Rockets are small, soft and undisciplined.

    Nobody boxes out, everyone is easily beatable 1on1 -and when they contest they result to be small-, players don't run back when they turn it over, players don't play hard regularly. Silas does not punish bad habits neither changes lineups (we should be playing bigger and players should be benched when they commit some mistakes, we're in January, this is not preseason), neither implements offensive changes to build more cohesion.

    Team not only does not progress, but has actually regressed. Christopher defense is much worse now than 3 months ago, for instance. Same with most of the roster.

    His job should start to be in serious jeopardy.
