    I watched Gardner against Alabama.

He's the most talented CB in this draft. Coers great and is a really solid tackler. Top 10 pick and although I would like Caserio to pick either Neal or Hamilton at #3 I wouldn't be upset if Gardner is the pick.

If he runs a 4.4 at combine he might be 1st cb taken.

Specially if he measures out at 6’3,
Could be a Richard Sherman or DRC type corner

My only concern about Gardner and it has absolutely zero to do about him…is that Lovie system is more of zone coverage and the Texans might feel like for our system Gardner is opposite with him being more of a man coverage player.

I think he will run in the high 4.3's/ low 4.4's.

I've got little doubt that he can play zone. Particularly with his tackling ability. Being able to play man or zone well is a great asset to have and why I wouldn't be upset if Gardener was the pick at #3.

However in Lovie's system you can find zone corners later in the draft like rd. 3 or so. BTW, is Lovie going to be the DC in 3 yrs?

Exactly and that’s why it all will come down to Caserio it’s his call.

Did y’all see CBS Sports saying baker may be headed to the Texans next year? I’d rather have mills at least another year. After, baker’s performance against the Steelers idk if I’d want him. How does a struggling qb not hand off the ball to his star running back (Chubb) ? To me he’s all about being selfish and try’s to be a stat padder

    Absolutely hate this draft.

If Neal is there he should be the pick. If not then I'm okay with picking Thibodeaux but no way am I going to pick Jackson in the 2nd. I'm going to try to fix a spot on the OL in the 2nd and either Kinnard or Salter would be my pick at 37. I do like the RB pick. But my favorite is Charbonnet if I'm picking a RB that high.

Well that should lock up #3.
We're tied with with the jets and giants but we have the worst sos and there should be no way it changes enough to affect draft position.

I'm curious though that since we're in a 3 way tie for 3rd in the 1st round that in the second round iirc it rotates so we may pick 4th or 5th there.

Caserio should be picking 36th or 37th in the 2nd Rd

Detroit and Jacksonville won today too to get to 4 wins a piece. I’m not sure if that moves us though.
