A third of the season of NBA games. Ya that's more of a reflection of the team than Jalen himself. Any team that has Wood as your best player is going to not win many games. At this point at least on the past 15 games he's been a above average efficient scorer.

The point I was responding was claiming that it on Silas (not on Jalen).
I think it is a reflection of many things: lack of a prime star (like you say), coaching (like @hakeem94 says), young players being up and down, organizational disfunction, etc...

You're delusional. Green is making progress, after the hamstring injury. He's isn't a ball hog either. I never said he's a two way player, but his effort on defense is improving. Your sulking won't hurt Jalen Green.

He should be a 3 and no he wouldnt be bringing the ball up we need to get a real pg who would then bring the ball up. Even in his good games he has Westbrook like decision making and the position he plays comes with a lot of responsibility having a guy there with issues will screw us. Its just not a good idea. I like him but having him in that important role is just asking to be screwed. Its also us messing with him as well.

I'm not sure you know what that means.....

Here, I'll spell things out for you.

    Your last post said:

"You're delusional. Green is making progress, after the hamstring injury. He's isn't a ball hog either. I never said he's a two way player, but his effort on defense is improving. Your sulking won't hurt Jalen Green."

No one ever said Green was a ball hog and no one ever said that Green wasn't making progress..... yet you were arguing as if someone did say those things.

That's what a strawman arguement is.

The conversation was about the last shot taken by KPJ being the correct read.

Am I the only one that thinks this game winner was a bad thing?

He is not a PG ..I hope he plays like crap the next 3 mths so we draft Ivey and not extend kp. Last night was a disaster.

You're the guy who said Green was junk initially. That's what I meant. I'm very happy that KPJ made the winning shot. I'm a Rockets fan first and last.

And I was right. He was complete trash initially but he's starting to accept a role that helps him play to his strengths scoring off ball and in transition..... he's still the worst defender on the team though.

I just say things as they are, sometimes that goes against delusional fan narratives and people get irrationally upset.

    It is what it is.

Give him time to grow, people want him to be the final product now. Harden brought the ball up when he was a SG. No different to Porter Jnr.

I didnt say he should be a SG. And I never said sg's cant bring the ball up. Its totally besides the point of what im saying lol Im also sure he's going to get better. My point isnt to attack him. He has issues mentally putting him at such a pivotal role could really screw both us and him.

You have to understand where the "not a PG" talking points come from, it's just Jalen Green fans upset that another guard is running the offense. They don't care that it benefits Green, they just worry that Green won't be taking every shot.

Much like Lin fans before them, Green fans are nothing but mindless zealots.... so you kind of have to ignore them.
