One game is all that is needed. It was wrong and recognized but dramatized.

Wood refusing to check into the game is about as shitty as it gets. I’ve defended him over and over, but that is indefensible. He needs to go, the sooner the better.

“John.. John… Luc, how about you handle this one. Kevin looks really upset and violent. You go talk to him and I will hang my head at the press conference after we get blown out.” - Silas

“Who did your dad **** to get this job?” - Lucas

    Kpj will have another incident.

It's just a matter of time. I expect when it comes to contract extension time his emotions will get the better of him again.

Wow. Just…wow. When quitting on your team isn’t a big deal I’m done as a fan. Can’t stand apologists for unacceptable behavior; especially spoiled millionaires that are lucky to play a fun game for a living.

I agree, but we don’t want to lose their trade value. It is the equivalent of keep a cheating girlfriend around. You know the relationship is over but why quit the benefits until something better happens, and it will in time. Over reacting will lead to loneliness. Making her work is fun, too.

    Lucky? LUCKY?

They worked their ASS off to get there, they got their 10,000 hours into their craft to become experts.....they aren't lucky, they gave up a lot to be there in the first place.

Lol. Yes, lucky. Go spend some time in the DRC. Lots of tall people who are unlucky. Are u kidding me? Lol. You are right, professional athletes are not overpaid and work hard for every penny and they chose to have athletic talent. We should all look up to them. Way more important to our society than teachers or cops or scientists and they work so much harder. Come back to planet earth DD. No one said they don’t work hard. But most successful pro athletes would say they are very fortunate to get paid millions to play a kids game.

Season is over save for a last winning streak......

You could send everyone to vacation and play all Dleaguers, would not matter.

    Hanging onto developing young players.

I wonder if people realise the whole 'second chance' thing was getting to the Rockets.

Can anyone name me a single player OTHER THAN KPJ who has on two separate occasions now thrown something at a head coach. DIFFERENT coaches mind you.

    'second chance'.

Good one. Or maybe I can't count.

And these are only the reported cases, I suspect there are more.

Anyhow, this is only part of the problem.

IMHO he is not really that good or his talent level is disappointing to say the least to warrant any of that.

Have the Rockets fans already given up on the idea of KPJ as a franchise player? lol

    My dude.
You're not wrong with what you say about dedicating copious amounts of time to their craft.

But yes they absolutely are lucky.

A doctor puts in thousands of hours and is paid pittance whilst doing 10000x more important work.

Defence members dedicate infinitely more time than NBA players in their life and would give anything to earn in 5 years, what some players earn in TWO AND A HALF HOURS.

Just because they worked to get where they are, doesn't mean they aren't lucky as hell.

It all looks like they work extra harder than everyone else.

NBA cameras and documentary teams are filming those dudes now, 14/7.........that is what exposure does for them.

You got extra people filming when you work out every day and comment on it via social media....lmao.

    Crazy world...
