This woman's obviously an idiot. Wood was obviously just playing ball and just made a silly play. He obviously had no bad intentions. The laugh emoji and "happens to the best of us" was likely at his own expense. Yeah him offering Rockets tickets to someone who doesn't live in Houston is silly but likely, he was meaning well, and this is why athletes being kind is even a risk. The real issue is that media makes this an issue, a news story. This doesn't warrant the same amount of eyes/clicks as some other real news. I guess I'm guilty of clicking on it and consuming the nonsense too but media should use its power to broadcast stories that's worth people's attention. Sorry, need to keep it light......
