There is no contradiction - you have to be able to separate individual game criticism vs the big picture discussions. Green can have a bad game, and we can talk about it, doesn't mean that is the entire picture.....people always struggle with shades of gray by trying to paint everything black and white. I am happy with most of our players, I think they deserve game by game criticism on a BBS though.....you have been here long enough to know that. DD
Yeah...Green scored at will. Anyone watching the game saw that. The issue is he didn't get the ball enough to do more scoring.

Iced out by his team again. Refs didn't help either. A lot of bogus calls on Jalen took him out of the game completely. That blatant push off by Butler on Jalen in front of the ref was almost as bad as refs conveniently "missing" foul calls on Harden in Game 7 against the Warriors.
Yeah there is no rhyme or reason to his arguments. Zero substance. Most of Jimmy Butlers shots were highly contested. He was really hot from the field, it happens.

On the perimeter, Butler was bullying the crap out of him down low. His fundamentals are improving a lot though, I'm fairly confident he'll definitely be a decent defender once he gains weight
this is the only thing hes good for....dont even have to fire him, just demote him to the challenged assistant
Okay, but how long should the team keep making allowances for KPJ if his limitations are affecting the development of other guys around him?
he’s had 2 offseasons to work on his game. Shooting still just as trash as ever we’ll be saying he’s only 21, and then he’ll be 22 and still have garbage efficiency…then he’ll be 23 and so on
Green was terrible defensively against LA, but today has done a good job, very few mistakes and solid effort. Butler has been defended by other players, most of the time. Green has played a very solid game today. Porter has been the one really harmful.
