I'm looking at this and realizing Pat Riley is still in the mix in Miami. That program you gotta come in at a certain body percentage fat wise and the discipline/accountability level is strict... more old school. Silas system is nowhere near that and they don't even need vets to destroy us. We got too many weak players that are entitled when they need to challenged. Not saying I haven't seen improvement because I have but Miami is another level. See your Christian Wood's and KPJ's wouldn't make it in that program. They'd be somewhere in a corner sobbing.
Big picture bro. A few more years as long as the Rockets don't try to win with these middle of the road players like Wood/EG (not that they can win with them lol).
If I was Stone I would beg to Milan for Ettori Messina or to Jazz for Erdem Can. These bunch of players should be taught fundamentals.
