I don’t mind this idea at all. I think the 3 FRPs are probably overkill though.

Charlotte probably does it for one pick with light protection and a later pick swap.

I like the idea of Hayward as a big wing with shooting and secondary playmaking ability. Moving 2 for 1 clears up some of the roster logjam too. Finally Hayward’s salary + all of our picks puts us in a good spot to trade for a superstar should one become available.

All in all this is one of the better trade ideas I’ve seen here.

Wood, Gordon, Theis, Augustin and a lotto protected first for Wiseman, Moody and Wiggins. I’d do that.

Wiseman and Moody are so worth developing but Warriors have a shot at the title right now. At this moment Wood is a massive upgrade from Wiseman with Theis to back him and Draymond up, while Gordon is as good if not better than Wiggins, more catch and shoot friendly, better defender at any position.

I think they’ll be looking to solidify the roster post Klays return. They would be so damn good though after this trade, would hate to see them win a title.

CLE: Eric Gordon + 2023 SRP (PHI)
Cleveland gets a player to replace Rubio who can help them continue their playoff push this year and can still be an asset for them next year.

PHI: John Wall + 2022 FRP (CLE) + 2022 FRP (MIA or BRK via HOU) + 2023 FRP (MIL via HOU) + 2024 FRP (BKN via HOU)
Morey gets the four firsts he wants, as well as a player that can help them salvage their season this year and frees up cap space after next year (two years earlier than Simmons).

    HOU: Ben Simmons
Houston gets a (mostly) elite player who accelerates the rebuild by a few years, will help the younger players advance their games, while keeping their most valuable draft picks over the next two years.

Simmons is the biggest baby in the NBA. Do not want. Certainly not 3 FRPs for him from us.

His play makes other players better. And his absence from the Sixers has dropped them from 1st to 6th. I’ll take that all day long. KPJ had personality issues before he got here, and he’s been just fine.

The trade also opens up about $15m a year early and leaves the Rockets in a position to still sign a max player in ‘23. Hoarding picks is not a route I want to take. Cash them in and start winning.

At any time, he could of have helped his current team by playing while still wanting a trade. He has shown he can’t take criticism and won’t improve his glaring weakness on the offensive side. He is fundamentally flawed player on a max deal with serious character issues. KPJ had red flags but he was a super low risk move on a rookie contract. Simmons is a high risk move that I don’t believe the reward is worth it.

I dont mind the simmons trade above but I am keeping the Brooklyn 2024 pick. Id rather trade Tate who probably loses minutes and moreso role to Simmons.

    Why trade Nwaba?

Rockets D already sucks as it is.

Does Chicago do Wood + Tate + 1st round pick for Patrick Williams and Coby White?

Eh. Nwaba makes plenty of plays but I want those minutes going to Jaygup/KMJ or Reddish.

Plus we move up in the draft and help arm a Brooklyn opponent.

    HOU: Ben Simmons +Andre Drummond

    PHI :John Wall +Alpi Sengun +1FRP + 1 SRP

Simmons organize the play, Drummond for defence. Built around Jalen, keeping Wood, drafting a 7 footer in 2022.

Philly gets a deputy to Embiid (8 years younger), rid off Simmons.

Neither of those guys can defend Lebron/big wing or switch onto 5's.

Nwaba is even longer and more switchable than Tate.

Nwaba just doesnt fit my timeline for this team. We will continue to suck on defense and Im ok with that. Chet Holmgren will be the beginning of the fix.

You can't trade John Wall without offering Jalen or Alpi.

It seems that Rockets management thinks Jalen is more important than Alpi. For Jalen you need a playmaker/point guard and Ben Simmons is the best available option.

Drummond might play alongside Wood as 2 bigs. Problem solved.

Embiid+Sengun+Tobias a powerful front for 76ers.As Rubio injured and they defeated Nets today (away match), they might be top 3 Eastern team (Bucks, Heat, 76ers),being better than Bulls, Nets, Hawks.

Win-win for every parties ( may be not the best for Drummond).
