In no particular order: Always Sunny South Park The IT Crowd The Office (US version) What We Do In the Shadows Sitcoms don’t age well. I’ve been rewatching Seinfeld and it’s just not relevant any more, a lot of the jokes are dated. It’s still funny but not as gut busting funny.
The Office (All around best) Silicon Valley (let's see if this ages well) South park (longest running AND still good) Trailer park Boys (one for the not well known) Married with Children (for old time sake... and somethings are a universal truth)
The Honeymooners (The original sitcom which shows still copy from) The Young Ones Barney Miller Man About The House (Original version of Three's Company) Mother & Son
Fresh Prince Martin Seinfeld A Different World / Cosby Show My Wife and Kids You're probably asking why Family Matters isn't in my top 5...
starting lineup: saved by the bell fresh prince of bellaire that 70s show happy days the wonder years 6th man: family matters
My Personal Gold Standard would be the following (no particular order): -The Office -Parks and Recreation -Newsradio -It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia -Curb Your Enthusiasm -King of the Hill -BoJack Horseman (I wouldn't consider most animated shows for this category, too different, but I think these 2 are comparable) Others I also consider great/all-timers, but in a category below (also no particular order): -Seinfeld (I think it is finally starting to show its age a bit) -The Good Place -Broad City -Cheers -Nightcourt -I Love Lucy -Boy Meets World -Married with Children -Extras Also, idk what category Entourage would fall into, its all over the place, but its something I love to hate watch. Always have and still do lol.
Barney Miller is fantastic. I still recall my Dad's laugh at jokes on there I didn't realize until decades later. Cheers Simpsons Three's Company Wonder Years Night Court
counting cartoons makes this challenging. seinfeld south park simpsons king of the hill what we do in the shadows - i only discovered this show a few weeks ago and just finished binge watching the whole series, but i think this will be a top 5 for me going forward. take out the cartoons and id have to include... its always sunny i love lucy andy griffith show
Seinfeld The Office Newsradio Community Martin Everything besides Seinfeld, Martin, and Newsradio could be replaced with any from my top 10 or 15 list but I think they made the most impact. Surprised Fresh Prince gets so much love I was never a real fan of it.
