My worst fear is that Jalen Green will be more distracted by life outside of basketball

We’ll learn very quickly if he wants to be great, live sleep and basketball or if the “lifestyle” and being famous/ rich is more important.

Pretty sure it either has something to do with showboating or dancing on the court after made baskets or eating healthier. Either way, no more dips!

I am more concerned that he will suck at basketball and be a bust. I think his main worry is his hair which is better than House, but still goofy looking.

I noticed that as well his shot is much cleaner looking.

It seems like he has tweaked his shotnsince high school. I'm expecting more tweaks throughout the season. Hes already shooting well at the free throw line too.

Not worried just look at Lonzo Ball

His shooting pocket is still too low, it’s not much of a change in form. It’s just smoother and doesn’t bend his knees quite as much.
I don’t care if it’s the purest form as long as it’s consistent and he gets it off quicker, and of course makes them at a 38% clip or better.

It is very early, it looks indeed better than before but all those 3s came before the Pacers put a stop to the Houston Offense and got the win.

A lot of them were wide open.

It is interesting to see if Green plans to be a Seth Curry now instead of emulating Kobe.

I swear I’m not trying to single you out. You seem like a cool dude and I’ve enjoyed the back and forth today. It’s been chill. No name calling and all that other childish BS, but wide open? Only maybe because he made it so, by creating his own shot. These aren’t Gary Bird threes.

It got nothing to do with you and me back and forth.

I rewinded all of his threes, and yes, defenders weren't on him as they supposed to on 4 occasions.

I also fast forwarded and remembered the last minutes when the Pacers pulled away, he clanked one or two threes in the 4th Q which would have gotten the team closer to the Pacer lead.

Just focus on the 4th Quarter which determines win or loss.

Solely speaking from the point of view of winning the game and not what improvements he made in his 1 month absence.

Fact check. Jalen took only 1 registered three pointer in the 4th quarter. His only other shot was a left hand layup that was swallowed up by turner. He also took and made a 3 from a Sengun pass that would’ve been his 7th, but apparently stepped out of bounds. He was subbed out due to a minutes restriction.

The video I posted shows how he created 4 three point attempts off the dribble while being guarded by a Pacer.

It looks like Jalen had a slight dip in his old shot; he lowers the ball and collects before the shot.

Jalen was saying he was working with John Lucas to get his shot faster. He said his shot is up within a 2 count.

You're grasping, but the straws just keep slipping through your fingers.

I wish he would have shot 8/9 or 9/9 from 3 as well!
