he did a hell of a lot more than "Walking around and picking up discarded plastic zip-ties" and you know it.

you did? where? i just searched your posts on the previous 10 pages of this thread and didnt see you condemn the rioters. all i see you doing is complaining that zip tie guy is being treated unfairly. either way, you cant deny that you have spent more time in this thread complaining about the way the insurrectionists are being treated vs. the fact that they took part in an insurrection.

the post of yours that i responded to was this..."Part of supporting law and order is supporting recognition of what the laws are, what the appropriate penalties for breaking each law are, and recognizing that the law should not be applied differently because of how one feels about a particular defendant or crime."

where in that post did you condemn the rioters?

thats a question you need to be asking yourself and the trumpers who are trying to whitewash and downplay what happened on january 6th and trying to claim that all the insurrectionists were doing was "walking around".

didnt the prosecution hit him with a dozen charges? doesnt sound like youre accepting that at all. and didnt he and his mommy also leave a backpack of weapons outside the capitol? im sure they were for innocent purposes, right?

why in the world are yall so desperate to defend and make excuses for these people? its totally bizarre and sad.

i know i keep saying this, but look at how much effort youre putting into criticizing the treatment of the insurrectionists vs. the fact that they engaged in an insurrection against our government.

Yea... ignore the ziptie guys own statements and the fact he went there in military garb and armed with a taser... he really was only there to keep an eye on his mom and to pickup litter (the zip ties).

Do you really believe that a few dozen unarmed kids in Buffalo hats defeated our Secret Service or the Security there?

    Now who is being naive...

None of them had any firearms. I've no idea what you consider a weapon, because literally anything can be used as one.

dozens??? youre either lying or you have never actually watched any footage or seen any photos from january 6th. thousands breached police barriers and marched on the capitol grounds...hundreds entered the capitol. federal officials estimated 10,000 trumpers on capitol grounds and at least 800 entered the capitol building. this is all on video - im not sure why you would say "dozens". thats really weird.

this is false as well fatty. thankfully no trump supporters shot anybody, but several of them were busted with guns. again, its all on record so im not sure why you would say this. its not true.

also, stupid monikers client, zip tie guy and his mommy brought a bag of guns to the capitol.

    https://www.statesman.com/story/new...rs-were-armed-guns-documents-show/7963993002/

Lonnie Coffman of Alabama: Police found multiple firearms and weapons in Coffman’s possession. Coffman’s truck, which he had parked in the vicinity of the Capitol on the morning of Jan. 6, was packed with weaponry including a handgun, a rifle and a shotgun, each loaded, according to court documents. In addition, the truck held hundreds of rounds of ammunition, several large-capacity ammunition feeding devices, a crossbow with bolts, machetes, camouflage smoke devices, a stun gun and 11 Molotov cocktails.

Court records and video surveillance footage show that Coffman, who had ties to militia groups, parked the vehicle near the Capitol at 9:15 a.m. that day. The documents say that after he got out of his pickup truck at 9:20 a.m., he joined a crowd of people who walked directly to the Capitol building.

He was detained later that evening as an unnamed woman was driving him back toward his truck. Police questioned Coffman and searched him, finding two more handguns on his person. None of the weapons were registered, documents state.

Guy Reffitt of Texas: Reffitt was charged with bringing a handgun onto Capitol grounds. Court documents showed that Reffitt, reported in court documents to be a member of the militia group Three Percenters, told his family he brought his gun with him and that he and others "stormed the Capitol."

Christopher Michael Alberts of Maryland: Alberts brought his handgun onto Capitol grounds. An officer saw that Alberts had a gun on his hip and alerted fellow officers. When Alberts tried to flee, officers detained him and recovered the loaded handgun along with a separate magazine.

The total number of people who carried firearms with them that day may not ever be fully accounted for because the majority of those involved in the siege were not arrested on-site but were tracked down by law enforcement days, weeks and months later.

Over 700 have been charged with plenty more not charged, so I'm not sure where you get "a few dozen".

What about the dozens of injured officers? Were they in on the plan?

And, for educational purposes, what was the plan and what goal did they hope to accomplish and what government entity was involved in making it happen?

Mmhmm. That's the point. Liberals are always the ones who want to cause unrest and anarchy.

So, the "liberals" wanted to delay the certification so that their President wouldn't be elected?

So, Trump "loves" the liberals that committed this act?

So, members of Trump's team and the GOP are doing everything they can to not implicate these "liberals" in the attack?

That's some high level reasoning you've done.

You guys read far too much into what the media told you.

FWIW, The Capitol was given knowledge of something prior to this (how dozens of unarmed folks would be a danger is laughable.)

Why were there temporary fences that were easily toppled in front of the Capitol?

It’s always amusing watching the Trump supporters hiding their hands.

@Roscoe Arbuckle - if you’re gonna be in this discussion, at least respond to the facts that people present. Bellaire High School had a heck of a debate team. You must live up to your legacy.

    Haha you guys have patience.

some people are trolling and some are really this dumb.

Either way it doesn't matter as they are exposed. It's pathetic. And all you need to know.
The fact that they are trying to still get mileage out of the antifa word is hilarious
