also avoids having to pay any capital gains taxes

as long as the Fed refuses to raise interest rates (and they never will), it makes sense to take on debt denominated in increasingly worthless dollars

I think its trump's history of suing people. In the past he probably was much richer than the person he was suing who probably dropped whatever they were doing or settled for fear of a long, drawn out lawsuit. And most times it was about something that didn't get attention.

Instead now... trump is suing people that aren't intimidated. They may also have deeper pockets. And it is in the spotlight. It trump and his legal team was smart they would quietly drop these law suits. Hopefully the courts add additional penalties and punishment for trump wasting the courts' time.

 

That right there... Trump believes it's good to stay in the spotlight no matter if it's good or bad news....

So every time the media thinks they have something on him he's happy because they are still focused on him..

Trump really is a good salesman in understanding branding. It's somewhat frustrating to see people not understand he doesn't give a damn about pleasing people who will never vote for him.

 

He is good at branding but not caring about people who don't vote for him makes him a crappy public servant and a horrible leader.
