    I haven't argued against an investigation.y post was about more than the investigation. For instance there is no investigation for money laundering but there have been wild allegations in other threads

    the investigation had gathered sufficient evidence that the court had approved the DA seizing additional evidence from Weiselberg's daughter-in-law, as well as tons of documents from Weiselberg's homes.
    it has led to
    • Weiselberg being charged for tax fraud
    • Donald Bender, Trump's long-time accountant who, for decades, had worked w Weiselberg on tax returns / loan application has received immunity to testify in a grand jury
    • rosemary vrablic, Trump's personal banker at Deutche Bank, who had been forced to resign due to $ laundering allegations, and later suspended by FINRA, has agreed to be interviewed by regulators.

    Johnson cited one eg, Trump's golf course in Westchester County, NY

    • in interviews w Forbes, Trump has said that it is worth over $100M
    • Trump Co has asserted to local tax authorities that it is worth $1M
    • as POTUS, in his financial disclosure, Trump had claimed that it is worth $50M
    ​
    to the extent that these different valuations are irreconcilable, and that mortgages had been transacted to finance the property,
    they amount to prima facie evidence of intent to defraud the taxing authorities and the mortgage companies

    How long have they had Weiselberg? The guy was charged July 1. Supposedly they had him already flipping. Nothing has changed or there hasn't been any new information. So don't start another thread till something has changed. TIA

    How many times have you said charges are coming soon against a Trump? Take your own advice. You have multiple threads of being wrong not to mention latching on to that idiot's post about Trump's loans. Failure trifecta

    After the testimony, Trump's former Accounting firm, Mazaar, went on a self-preservation mode,
    • firing Trump Co as a clients
    • in a letter to TrumpCo, retracting the company's financial statements (prepared by Mazaar) for the past 10 years, asserting that they cannot be relied upon; a copy of the letter has been filed w the NYAG

    TrumpCo's Federal tax return for 2020. after filing for extension, was due yesterday.

    in view of Trump's firing by his Mazaar , no accounting firm would be stupid enough to prepare TrumpCo tax return and financial statement.
    absent the tax return and certified financial statements, no bank / financial institution would be stupid enough to lend money to TrumpCo.

    TrumpCo has been making interest only payments on a $100 Million loan on Trump Tower, the loan is due later this year​

    Mr. Pomerantz confirmed in a brief interview that he had resigned but declined to elaborate. Mr. Dunne declined to comment.
