Listening to some arena rock in the downtime during vacation: Loverboy - Keep It Coming Journey - Frontiers Bryan Adams - Cuts Like a Knife
I had never heard of this documentary, and It's a 2 hour watch, but has some heavy-hitters of music in it talking about the Muscle Shoals sound and how a small town in the middle of nowhere Alabama could produce a sound of its own that attracted people from all over the globe and sent the style to those same places. Most of the music was before my time, but I've always loved music from the 50's-70's the most (generally-speaking) and the "Muscle Shoals sound" is one reason. If you've enjoyed the music of Aretha Franklin, Etta James, Bono, Keith Richards, Percy Sledge, etc., it may be worth a watch: Here's a trailer : Here's the entire thing :
I was 17 in '76 and remember watching the broadcast stoned out of my mind. Good times. https://faroutmagazine.co.uk/bob-dylan-hard-rain-performance-rare-video/
