NHL postponing games. And despite announcing that no games would be postponed during the season, the NFL is also discussing postponing at least two games (CLE - LV and WFT - PHI).

Trump White House made 'deliberate efforts' to undermine Covid response, report says
The White House repeatedly overruled public health and testing guidance from the nation’s top infectious disease experts and silenced officials, the report found.

Vaccine came out during the Trump admin. Both Biden and Harris are on record saying they wouldn't take it...

Trump administration refused to buy extra supplies of pfizer vaccine slowing the rollout down and costing lives. Neither Biden nor Harris are on record saying they wouldn't take it when the full clip of their remarks are shown. You have sucky news sources. Are you getting your news from TikTok or just places that use TikTok as news?
    https://www.politifact.com/factchec...harris-doubted-trump-covid-19-vaccines-not-v/
This is what Harris actually said - ""If the public health professionals, if Dr. Fauci, if the doctors tell us that we should take it, I’ll be the first in line to take it. Absolutely. But if Donald Trump tells us that we should take it, I’m not taking it.""

Right. They were taken out of context. Just like all of the other times.

    https://www.gao.gov/products/gao-21-319

on July 22, Operation Warp Speed placed an advance-purchase order of $2 billion with Pfizer to manufacture 100 million doses of a COVID-19 vaccine for use in the United States when the vaccine was shown to be safe, effective, licensed, and authorized by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).[57][58][59] On December 23, the Trump administration announced that they had ordered another 200 million doses from Pfizer.[60] On November 9, the PfizerBioNTech partnership announced positive early results from its Phase III trial of the BNT162b2 vaccine candidate, and on December 11, the FDA provided emergency use authorization, initiating the distribution of the vaccine.[61]

That's 300 million doses ordered during the Trump admin. You need to learn where you get your opinions.

It's not opinion. I've praised warp speed. That was good. But the Trump administration was given the option to purchase more doses of the vaccine and refused. That isn't opinion. It's fact.

That was confirmed by both Pfizer and the FDA commissioner at the time.

300 million doses, dude. Not sure what spin you're trying to make, but it is false.

Nobody denied they got doses. I already said that I do give Trump administration props for Operation Warp Speed. But I also find fault with the fact that he had the chance to secure more doses and declined.

Were you around in the United States when the vaccines were first released? There wasn't enough supply. That's why they had to prioritize who got them first.

I was wrong. Trump authorized 400 million doses. Then when Biden came in, he authorized another 200 million doses. When he did that at the time, children under 16 weren't recommended to take it, which meant that roughly 183 million Americans should take it to get to the 70% herd immunity that Fauci was talking about initially. That equals 366 million to fully vaccinate. Goal posts were moved and have been continually moved over the past year. Including Biden saying if he had as many Covid deaths as Trump had in 2020 he should have to resign. Welp. Here in 2021, the death toll was higher under Biden.

Goalposts moved because Delta happened. Children, who weren't at risk, became infected and childrens hospital spiked because of it.

I wish viruses were all like smallpox, but mutations do happen and mix up the game

And goal posts moved because variants happened because trump and his admin didn't do everything they could to combat the pandemic and worse as found by the House report trump and his admin did things to slow the response. Which slowed herd immunity, which created the environment for more variants. And here we are now, still battling the pandemic.
