LOL. Just when there's a Covid outbreak in the league, Kyrie comes back unvaccinated.

Makes sense anyway. All this charade about Kyrie never made any sense. There are still a bunch of players in the league that are playing who are unvaccinated, and they are allowed to play in NY with no consequences due to some some exemption for out of state performers. It honestly makes no sense that Kyrie is being left out just because he lives in the state.

Because being an actual player in a state that has a vaccine mandate is way more important???? Like this is ridiculous. The Nets are a bunch of clowns for letting this stupid anti vaxer break their policies, and they look extra stupid because of the hardline stance they took.

Way more important how. For 41 games this season the Nets hosts 29 other teams that could and do have unvaccinated people intereracting with the team. But no, it's way more important that Kyrie is banned in all games.

The state is greedy and still wants the money from performers out of the state. But they **** up their own teams

the state has no problems killing people for not wearing car belts... ....nothing should surprise then....every state is literally the same way as Hitler...perhaps even worse....cause there was a lot less regulation back then...

Well first of all the NBA has like maybe 15 players at best who are unvaccinated so that number you gave is way way off. Kyrie not only plays in the state, he also lives there. And with the new variant, they are going to get even stricter. Kyrie coming and going without being vaccinated WHILE LIVING IN THE STATE absolutely makes things worse, what are we even talking about.

Its more likely they want the people who live in a densely populated state TO BE VACCINATED.

I don't even understand why Kyrie wants to come back. Will he be paid more if he physically plays in games?

If I'm Kyrie, I'm taking one look at the list of Nets players that are out for health and safety protocols, facepalming and then laughing all the way to the bank. Why would an unvaxxed player want to come back to the Nets right now?

I don't understand the point you're making. Why would it change if he would want to come back or not regarding being vaxed or unvaxed?

Dude is walking into an environment that had it, has it or is likely to have it. With how strict the NBA is and with most Nets players / staff (if not all) getting the 'rona anyway, I feel like you'd be on high alert if you're unvaxxed like Kyrie is.

Maybe (big maybe) a vaxxed player who has antibodies to whatever strain won't spread the virus that easily, and so maybe after 2-3 weeks, the Nets are in the clear. But man, I'd be extremely cautious if I was Kyrie.

So with all that being said, if I was Kyrie and was already getting paid to not play, I'd just sit my ass at home and collect my check. You already haven't been playing, so it's not like your reputation will take another hit. The Nets softening their stance are forcing Kyrie's hand, though. If he plays, there's a chance his unvaxxed status gets the 'rona. If he doesn't play, it can be said that he doesn't care about the team.

Kyrie never wanted to not play so I don’t understand what you’re saying.

Nets decided he shouldn’t be a “part-time” player, not him.

Herrmmm. I thought that might be what you meant. I think you are giving him way too much credit. You are also way way overstating that he should be worried. I don’t have time to make a legit response. One thing for sure I think Kyrie is a bit dumb and a bit crazy. So it would be very hard to do anything more than guess what his intentions and thoughts are.
