    Sure.

    Let's hold out for that.

Why not, CF only cares about adding more picks.

Whether Silas can find any minutes for any of these picks is a different story.

I'm thinking that's where his value is...or the equivalent of a # 5 pick or so?

Same situation for last season as well. Can't be in love with the 7 game and 10 game winning streaks of the last two seasons.

Rockets win streaks always involve multiple guys playing well above their heads for a short while, then it’s back to reality

Rockets shot 49% from the field and 40% from 3 during the win streak and had a 119 offensive rating

last year, we had guys like John Wall shooting 44% from deep on 6 attempts along with a bunch of other guys shooting over 40% from deep on good volume while also playing teams missing several starters

it’s simply not enough to have me fooled

Sure, if we are including the players already drafted that would be used for salary. Maybe we can get a pick swap + 2 protected FRP.

You're not impressed with "statement" wins against the Pelicans, Magic and the Thunder not once but TWICE?????

they did squeak by the Bulls and Pelicans, and it was a fun little win streak, but an actual good team can play average or slightly above and go on a win streak…Rockets only go on win streaks if half the roster has been touched by an angel

a no-name like Gary Matthews literally had a Linsanity moment

Why aren’t the Pistons keeping & building around Jerami Grant?!

The Detroit Pistons receive calls from "dozens of teams" each interested in trading for Jerami Grant. While Grant is out for multiple weeks with torn ligaments in his right thumb, it is unlikely to impact his trade value.

The Los Angeles Lakers and Portland Trail Blazers are among the teams with interest in Grant.

Grant will become eligible for a four-year extension worth up to $112 million in the offseason. Grant will have one season remaining on his current deal this offseason.

    ____________________

The name of Jerami Grant has come up with increasing frequency in reported trade chatter during his second season with the Detroit Pistons.

"The rising belief that the Pistons are prepared to move Grant comes in spite of his status as a longtime favorite of Pistons GM Troy Weaver," writes Marc Stein.

Grant is currently out for a minimum of six weeks after undergoing a surgical procedure to repair the UCL ligament in his right thumb.

The Pistons signed Grant to a three-year, $60 million contract during the 2020 offseason.

Win streak coincided with Wood moving to 5 and removing Theis from starting lineup.

    Context matters.

also coincided with the team shooting 49% from the field, 40% from 3, and having a 119 offensive rating

Are u gonna try and convince me that that’s the true caliber of this team?

Touched by an angel for 7 straight games is impressive.

When Wood and Porter return, I expect that angel will get handsy again.

Until we see that lineup NOT produce like this then how can we assume that it was not the norm?

Complementary players and system affects spacing.

That starting 5 responsible for win streak has not been healthy for last 4-5 games.

No one is saying that starting unit is unbeatable but there is no denying their effectiveness and production.

because that norm is essentially on the level of last year’s BK Nets offensively

I’m supposed to believe that the norm for this roster is 17 made threes a game on 40% shooting? We basically have the best shooting team ever?

We'll all see for sure when we get that starting 5 healthy and playing together again.

my diamond studded crystal ball tells me the Rockets aren’t actually an all-time great offensive and shooting team
