I am down with keeping DJ for leadership but we absolutely have to trade EG. He has some real trade value and we have to maximise that.

    Who's D'Angelo Russell again?

Kobe's farewell tour was more important.

Some of these kids will not amount to their draft ranking or the fan's hopes and prayers.

    Let them earn their touches.

Learning from Gordo is not a bad thing.

Hope Green and JC taking copious notes.

My take on this, are rocket pundits and fans flooding social media "hard selling" EG everytime he plays well. This is unnecessary and counterproductive because the league, coaches, scouts and front offices already know what they can get from him. But with the way we are forcing it down any team's throats just creates the perception Houston is desperate to unload him - guess what, this results in lowball offers. Making it harder for our team to negotiate. I suggest we layoff on the hard sell.

It will work out because Jan and Feb is where key player injuries occur and teams get a clearer picture of playoff positioning and roster compositions. Since its an "arms race" league, a win now team will surely give out a FRP to us. All we have to hope for is for EG to stay healthy.

Wait….are you suggesting that what is written on the internet by fans is affecting what NBA gm’s are willing to give up for Ego in a trade?

. Not necessarily the fans, but the houston rockets beat writers and podcasters are pushing way too hard. As per the article, where our FO indicated they can live with keeping EG can be seen as a way of balancing out the "noise" as well as reestablish their negotiating position.

I was watching some nuggets highlights just now...there is nothing Jokic does that Sengun couldn't do, he just needs time. I'm serious.
