You should read The Murderbot Diaries. The hero (Murderbot) hates it when stupid humans handle their own security.

Unless you find laws that specifically target race, then there's not racist laws.
You can only find racist people. But then you can do that for any job.

Make a racist test. Like if you had a picture of two people and say which dude would you pick on your basketball team.
or who would hire as your accountant.. etc

    how about that idea?

Another way to avoid racism is to go to a country where there's only one race.
So if you are in South Korea and they arrest a fat Korean or over a skinny Korean then you can say that's institutional BMI discrimination.

There's this saying, if you don't like this country, LEAVE. And I actually know someone who did that! Moved to Canada, then didn't like it there, then moved to Thailand and didn't like it there, and now wants to live in Brazil.

If you think where you are has racist police and they can't stop being racist police, go to another place that doesn't.

getting rid of the police DEFINITELY makes it easier for criminals.

    I'm glad criminals aren't racist.

For example, Crips and Bloods aren't racist. They just don't like the color of your oversized shirt and bandana, that's all.

You're talking about a lot of crap that nobody claimed and makes zero sense even if you are trying to be funny.

Whether criminals are or aren't racist doesn't change the systemic racism that exists.

Workjng to eliminate systemic racism isn't the same as advocating to get rid of the police.

Taking measures to reduce and minimize systemic racism doesn't mean racism will disappear and nobody has suggested that it would.

Systemic racism doesn't mean that laws target certain races. Though that is possible. It means the system unfairly applies those laws with race being a factor as how they are applied differently.

Let's pick a common thing police enforce.
    Traffic violations.

What part of the speed limit or street signs and lights are racist?

I'll let you figure out how racism might affect traffic violations and do some research, then I'll be happy to discuss it with you. Luckily there have been links to it in this thread. It should be easier for you.

if you are so affected by this extreme racism why don't you leave where you are at? many people have moved cities , even countries.

The people at the border, had extreme situations where they abandoned their governments to come to this place of lots of traffic violations

I like to try and improve the situation and work on fixing problems and making things better. It's the American way. If you don't like the American way, you are free to move. People have had extreme situations where they were and abandoned their governments to go to other places. If you are so traumatized by people who are trying to improve the United States, then you don't have to say. You can see how the traffic laws are there.

Apparently you are under the impression that someone is claiming traffic laws themselves discriminate. You keep going on about it and don't seem to understand what the topic of this thread is.

I think racism will never be eliminated since humans are tribal.
that's why there aren't many racial diverse countries except for the modern Western countries like US and Canada and UK.

Some countries won't even let you become citizens if their country unless you meet their religious and racial guideline.

This is why I think people who unite us do so by talking honestly about differences.

I'm saying that I will use vetted and scholarly data and studies to try and help improve problems involving systemic racism.

Why do you keep brining up things nobody is claiming?

So just tell me a specific city
