Yeah I understand- it still stinks regardless Because I want some pieces in place to feel like we have a framework to build on
You do have pieces in place like Greenard/Blacklock/KGH/Collins/Jordan/Tunsil/Cooks etc... Just gotta add some star level players in the draft and find a QB. Add Stingley and a couple of stud OL from this draft to go with Tunsil and this team starts to look alot better immediately. Good news is that if Watson's able to be traded then Caserio will have the picks to add star level players over the next couple of drafts. Caserio has the ability with the picks he's got in upcomimg draft to add a star level player like Hutchinson or Stingley and add a couple of OL upgrades because of the depth of this draft. Even though everybody would love a RB upgrade, I would be happy if Caserio spent his 1st four picks in the upcoming draft doing these two things.
On point - I can’t argue with this/ thank you- you bring up some good points about players that have some silver linings to them However I think I erred in “pieces” -I was mainly thinking of the coaching; I don’t like the fact that we’re not set and I would prefer that
The answer to this thread is obvious. Been doing alot of soul searching since the Oilers left and I feel closer to the Titans than I have EVER to this joke of a franchise. I love JJ. I love Andre but I can't do this anymore.
Kelly will be gone after this year and Culley will be gone in 2 years if not after this year. I hope Caserio keeps Lovie around.
They haven’t shown they can draft well. That said, I’m willing to give Caserio a chance here. It’s not fair at this point to say he won’t be successful seeing as he didn’t have a full boat of picks last year. I would love to be wrong about the organization, they just haven’t earned my trust.
I may come back if they sell the team. Thats about it. I have NEVER considered myself a fan. I just happen to be a lifelong Houstonian.
This organization is so bad that they have had months upon months to build McNair that wall and I haven't seen a single brick.
i think that sound bite was cut off short. He said he was going to build a wall...but the bricks will be made of feces
I get how you're feeling about this. I liked Caserio's draft last year, considering the limitations he was subjected to through no fault of his own. It may be just because I'm a Texans fan and I'm hoping for the best.
By the way, seems I am not the only one who doesn’t give a flip about Cal McNair’s play toy. Check out the crowd and tailgating scene at NRG on Sunday: https://www.yahoo.com/news/colts-showed-play-texans-houston-181558698.html
