ITS HAPPENING!!

 

Pels had been playing well.

They've beaten recently:
Utah (3rd seed)
Clippers (5th seed),(twice)
Wiz (5th seed)
Grizz- (4th seed)
Mavs (6th seed)

Rockets have beaten:
Chicago (3rd seed in the East at the time.... currently 2nd)
Charlotte (6th in the East)

So we are there with some of the big boys of the league.

Let's see how we do vs the Kyrie-less Nets who are #1 and the
#3 Bucks. Losing would not be surprising as a see us as
7th seed material right now; but the team is still growing
and it's nice to see the team battling.

It's just that some people want the D'Antoni 5-men out scheme.....but D'Antoni
isn't the coach anymore and Harden can't cover up our flaws. He's gone too.

Well looks like my boy sengun won't ever start till he's traded. Right now he is third string Center in Silas pecking order even if we trade Christian they will start Daniel which means alp will still be a backup

I just don't get this team. maybe a few losses will change everybody's mind but right now nobody wants to change a thing

That's fine if we win a championship with this current lineup . do you guys think this team can win a championship right now?

Looks like the organization has chose chasing the playin over development.

The problem is I think, besides having two centers play at the same time like Daniel and Christian, we are playing much better because our backcourt is much more efficient we don't have green and Porter having poor shooting games at the same time

I much rather have a backcourt of EG and Mathews instead of porter green.

But whatever nobody will agree with me everybody wants to see dunks and flashy highlights and fake triple doubles

Garry Bird and eg are boring. I hope they go back to the bench when the green and porter come back

I'd hate to be Steven Silas right now. When we are healthy he has to tell either Mathews and or eg and sengun all three that they need to be on the bench because we prefer Daniel house and theis and Porter and green

Too many cooks in the kitchen ,somebody has to go ,you'll see

 

I wish we could convert him to a full contract. It's going to suck when we can't play him because he's hit the 50 game limit.

 

FYI - Silas favors a version of the 5 Out scheme too.

last season. Therefore he was relegated
to running 5-man out.

Silas in Dallas ran very little isolation....which
is what you need for 5-men out unless you call
3 players on the perimeter 5-men (out)

I say that by looking at their frequency in isolation being miniscule.

 

Oh dude, he is getting a full contract this season. Either someone is packing their bags or going on the injured list with a bruised ego to free up a roster spot.

Sending out House/EGo would do it if we only brought one player back in the trade. Converting him to a standard contract should be a priority.

FYI - I agree that Rockets need more PnR, inverted PnR, DHO, cutting, ball movement, off ball movement, screens, picks, etc.

Which Rockets are now running more since Wall has been DNP and Dipo was traded.

Harden was not reason for Silas reliance on ISO.
