Do u honestly follow the suns or u just looking up wiki to push your bullsht nnarrative. 1) the gm for those shtty draft choice got fired. 2) new gm look at his moves before sprouting nonsense Notable trade/moves that could only happen due to assets accumulate due to tanking Traded Jarrett Culver (tank draft pick) to the Minnesota Timberwolves for Cameron Johnson and Dario Šarić. Mikael bridges (round 1 pick #10, traded assets to draft him) Ayton (being a sht team) The suns had 2 b sht to get these players by using the assets accumulated. Anti tank my ass. There r probably more trades with the asset from the suns being sht. Im not a sun fan so I didn't bother to look more in depth.
And yet when I say this exact thing, people get all pissy and quote me with unrelated garbage to try and justify deliberately losing games. You're dead right.
Yeah I'm not reading all that. Where's the list of teams that throw games who are more successful than teams who play the right way? I'm still waiting.
also imagine the orphans, poor people, or regular people who have no hapiness in life besides rockets wins, imagine terminally ill people who know this is the last year of their life, do they need to look they favorite team losing games on purpose on their way out? pro tank people are really selfish and self absorbed... no compassion no vision
Would be no tanking if NBA would distribute balanced odds to all teams whether it be Playoff or Non playoff teams. With bad teams getting other incentives - like more home court games. Are you talking about Bruce Wayne when saying orphans?
So funny. Last year after the 6 game winning streak the same stuff started around here. “put your tanks away we’re too good” “wood top 5 center already” “screw playing the lotto, play in here we come” Almost exact same circumstances. Weakest part of our schedule, timely(likely not repeatable hot 3 point shooting during weak point of schedule). Frenzy ensues. People argue about pro tank vs not when in reality both sides are saying the exact same thing. Play and develop youth. One side has bought into the win streak and thinks we’re ready to win more than people think. Other side believes we still have a lot to do talent wise, but still wants the same thing. Play and develop youth. We will be a bottom team regardless. Maybe not THE bottom like last year, but we’re still trending as the 5th worst team. And if we do move on from some our vets we might find ourselves dropping back down with the other 4 bottom feeders.
Yeah, I agree we'll see what happens when we play better teams and on the road. Long season, some people get hot, some slump, health and returning players etc. We'll see what happens, looking forward to it.
The warriors have had a pretty good run, the duncan spurs did well, the hakeem rockets were solid. I guess you say the durant teams failed but I wouldn’t mind taking a shot like okc did
Yes, and I will say this - if you didn't play the guys who won't be here in two years (Gordon & Wood) this team would lose a lot.
I get it. I do.... truly.....but at the end of the day you have to have talent to win. We had winning mentality before with Adelman, Yao, Rafer, Artest, Hayes, Scola. You see but you don't comprehend. We've done all that before and it got us nowhere. Because YOU HAVE TO HAVE TALENT TO WIN. Getting a high pick doesn't mean you are promoting bad culture or losing. It means you have first pick at raw talent, which we need badly. Sometimes your #1 pick does break his foot but that doesn't automatically put you in the lottery either. i.e. Yao Ming
Some pretty smart people who are passionate about the Rockets want that top pick. I wonder if they'd rather post it on Twitter than here because they don't want to waste their time arguing with guys like Dobizzle who seem more interested in calling people b****es than actually having a conversation.
how do you know top pick player will be better then teens pick? isnt sengun (pick 16) already miles better then jalen green (pick 2)? its debatable at this point is he gonna ever be a nba rotation guy let alone a great player being top 3 pick or top 15 or whatever is so subjective and doesnt mean anything ... if you are top pick it just means some people think you are good and these people may be dead wrong....and they may have picked you just because the hype and because masses wouldn't forgive them if they passed on this and this player because he has great highlights....LOLOL
Also it's cool, the goal wasn't to change his mind, I usually don't respond and knew he wouldn't listen going in the door. The goal was to show people the ideas and flesh it out so they can decide for themselves what makes sense, he couldn't think so he had to resort to trolling. Not my first rodeo with emotional posters lol, as long as the Rockets succeed long term everyone will be happy hopefully.
you may be smart but still be a p***y... it doesnt mean anything....btw many smart and passionate people followed hitler, doctors and scientists included TAKE THAT FOR DATA
