    Zero bail.
that way cheaper than the parking tickets.
You could rob and store and it would cost you nothing. Just leave town with your Luis Vutton bags and some nice jewelry

this is why they'll go at it again and again until you jack up the bail or lock 'em up. Cali law is a joke and always give "slap on the hand" punishment to low life thugs like these looters.

Bail doesn't cancel out a trial. They will still stand trial and can still be convicted. Sure, it would be nice if we had the resources to house these non-violent offenders all the time, but we don't. Bail doesn't eliminate accountability.

That hasn't happened. It is very unlikely that would happen, and if it does they can be arrested again, won't get bail, and will get a longer sentence when their trial is concluded.

If you think the same judicial system releasing these guys OR is going to ultimately hold them accountable and punish them for their actions, I think you're sadly mistaken.

That is how the justice system works. The publicity puts pressure on the DA to proceed and they will proceed. If they are found guilty they will be held accountable. There are instances where the evidence is insufficient or the law enforcement officers made mistakes and the suspects aren't held accountable. There has been zero evidence of that so far. The vast majority of people released on bail do return and face trial.

I understand that sensational news stories about folks returning to face trial don't exist. But stories about people who violate their bail does get a lot of attention. I understand why there would be doubt. But the reality is that they almost always stand trial.

Now that the Oakland’s As are putting a bid on the Tropicana and the Raiders and warriors are gone,
They could just make the coliseum a giant prison.

    Problem solved
