Being in healthcare, got the first Moderna dose in December last year, second in January. I'm passing on the booster as I don't see the point. Moderna is saying a Omicron variant booster should be available in March...thus indirectly admitting the current booster/vaccine does not protect against it. I'll wait for that one.
Not planning on getting a booster. I would if there was one specifically formulated for Omicron, though I'm not sure how Omicron would work to get around the Delta (or less) strains. There has been some reports that vaccinated in Germany are starting to increase in doctor visits, but I'm still not sure if the numbers are there to confidently claim your original two doses are running out of juice to the point where you'll land at the ICU.
1st Pfizer shot, no effect. 2nd Pfizer shot, metallic taste for about 5 minutes almost immediately after. Pretty sure that was my body absorbing the microchip. Pfizer booster, no effect
Second dose of Moderna gave me the full horrible side effect experience. My wife and I took our second doses on the same day and both got put out of commission at the same time. For the boosters, we will stagger it to where she gets hers this week, then me the next. I am really hoping the side effects are not as bad with the booster.
Had J&J originally, got a Pfizer booster. First one just gave me a little fatigue and a sore arm, no side effects from the booster
Bent carrot? It might be Peyronie's disease. Might need to get some Xiaflex. Though the side effect of penial fracture sounds scary. Damn commercials during World Series.
Moderna x3 First shot, not bad. Second shot, terrible flu-like symptoms. Chills, aches, headache, feverish for 36 hours (started roughly 8 hr after injection). Third shot, sore arm, swollen arm pit, mild aches/headache for 24'ish hours. Slight fatigue.
it's a weird f*ckin' virus. i had almost zero symptoms from covid itself, more typical, albeit mild symptoms from the vaccine.
I had a case of "maybe covid" that gave me weird GI and heart issues for nearly 3 weeks. The first shot moderna shot gave me fatigue for a week but the second shot didn't do much after one mild day.
On topic, booster caused fatigue the night of the vaccine with sore arms (got flu vaccine as well). 2nd shot was like having a sinus infection for a day or so. 1st shot was just soreness at injection spot.
Got my Pfizer booster back in October. My first 2 rounds were in February and didn't cause any issues. The booster caused a mild fever (around 100) and some body-aches for about 1-2 days. Kind of felt like a low-grade flu that lasted a day or two.
Ask for this in the private room at a strip club. It gets weird real fast. The stripper gears up with a bib, diaper, and pacifier. But you are strapped in for the ride.
