    Memphis seems cool for a day or 2 visit

    speaking of NC, I am planning to make a quick trip down to Charlotte just to go to a Hornets game

    Rockets being so trash and TC being so empty and dry has me wanting to travel to other home arenas just to experience the atmosphere as a fan of the game and a fan of crazy hype environments…I’ll be at MSG on Christmas day

    Nashville is real cool..... Downtown was really nice, football stadium is across the bridge from downtown..

    Couple of places to go is to President Andrew Jackson Home
    If you like Dolly Parton.. She has her own Mall there (Basically)
    The Parthenon.. Really cool place
    You can go visit 2 brewery's Uncle Nearest and Jack Daniels....

    There you go...

    Why does this poll. not include the main reason why people are moving from CA to TX? It's housing costs. Oh right it's cause the OP creates numerous low quality threads. This one is no exception.

    This is actually democracy at work. California have very high housing cost, but instead building more housing units. The existing power (home owners) prevent more housing being built to help their own bottom line. This is very similar to why so many in Hong Kong were very upset with the government. The difference is people in California have the easy option of moving to another state.

    yup local zoning laws are basically the root cause of all these housing crisis all over North America. It's impossible to get the housing supply up when you have to cut through zoning laws that doesn't let you build anything.
